NHM Maharashtra Taluka Samanvayak Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts

The Health and Family Welfare Training Center, Nashik, under the National Health Mission (NHM) Maharashtra, has released a notification to fill 3 Block Coordinator (Taluka Samanvayak) posts under the UNICEF-aided Maternal Mental Health Project. The posts are purely contractual and the selection is through a walk-in interview at the Nashik District level. Candidates with social work qualification and prior NGO or government health experience will get priority.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a recognised university.
• Computer Knowledge: You must hold an MSCIT certificate.
• Experience Preferred: At least 2 years of work experience in the health field with a Government, Semi-Government, NGO, or empanelled organisation.
• Local preference: Candidates from Nashik, Yeola, Nandgaon, Trimbakeshwar, Dindori, Igatpuri, Kalwan, Deola, Satana, Malegaon, Peth, Niphad, Chandwad taluka will be preferred.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 45 years (as on the last date of application)

Salary

• Consolidated monthly pay: Rs. 35,000 per month
• This is a single consolidated salary. No TA, DA or any other allowances will be paid.
• The contract is for 6 months initially and can be extended based on performance and UNICEF approval.

Selection Process

Selection is done in a single stage:

1. Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates will be invited for an interview at the Health and Family Welfare Training Center, Nashik.
2. Document Verification: You must bring all original documents and self-attested copies on the day of the interview.

Date and time of interview will be communicated to eligible candidates by phone or email.

Important Dates

• Coordinate maternal mental health activities across assigned blocks in Nashik district

• Conduct field visits to identify pregnant women and new mothers with mental health concerns
• Maintain records of cases identified, counselling done, and referrals made
• Assist in training sessions for frontline health workers on maternal mental health
• Submit monthly progress reports to the District Coordinator
• Follow UNICEF protocols and NHM guidelines for community mental health
