NHM Maharashtra Taluka Coordinator Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts
The Health and Family Welfare Training Center, Nashik (under National Health Mission Maharashtra) has invited applications for 3 Taluka Coordinator positions under the UNICEF-funded Maternal Mental Health Project. These are contractual posts on a fully consolidated monthly stipend basis. Selected candidates will be deployed in Nashik, Yeola, Nandgaon, Trimbakeshwar, Dindori, Igatpuri, Kalwan, Deola, Sataana, Malegaon, Peth, Niphad, or Chandwad talukas. Walk-in interviews will be conducted on the basis of educational qualification.

Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: You must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a recognised institute
- Computer: MS-CIT certification is required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the health sector (Government / Semi-Government / NGO). Experience in NGO health-related work is preferred
- Domicile: Preference for candidates from Nashik, Yeola, Nandgaon, Trimbakeshwar, Dindori, Igatpuri, Kalwan, Deola, Sataana, Malegaon, Peth, Niphad, or Chandwad talukas
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 45 years as on 25 April 2016 (as per Maharashtra Government decision dated 25-04-2016)
Salary
- Consolidated monthly stipend: Rs. 35,000 per month
- No other allowances apart from the consolidated stipend will be paid
- No TA/DA for attending the interview
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and time via phone and email
- Document Verification: All original documents must be presented at the time of interview
- Selection by Committee: Final selection decision rests with the selection committee and is binding
Note: Selected candidates must sign a Rs. 100 bond paper agreement and accept the terms and conditions before joining.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate field activities for the UNICEF Maternal Mental Health Project at the taluka level
- Identify and assist pregnant women and new mothers needing mental health support
- Work with ASHA workers, ANMs, and Anganwadi staff at the village level
- Maintain records of beneficiaries, follow-up visits, and counselling sessions
- Conduct community awareness programmes on maternal mental health
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the project supervisor
- Coordinate with district health officials, NGOs, and UNICEF partners
- Travel within Nashik district talukas as per project requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
MSW (Master of Social Work) from a recognised institute, with MS-CIT computer certification
Preferred Qualification
MSW with experience in NGO health-related work
Required Skills
Field coordination, community engagement, report writing, Marathi communication, computer proficiency (MS-CIT)
