Who Can Apply?

Assistant Director (Information Technology) - Level 10

• Service route: Officers from Central/State/UT government, research institutions, universities, PSUs, semi-government, statutory or autonomous organisations holding analogous post, or with 2 years in Level 8, or 3 years in Level 7.
• Qualification: You need MCA, M.Sc Computer Science/IT, B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience: You need 3 years post-qualification experience in electronic data processing, actual programming or information systems work.

Superintendent (Training) - Level 6

• Service route: Officers from Central/State/UT government holding analogous post, or with 6 years service in the relevant Grade Pay Rs. 2,800 route.
• Qualification: You need a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need 3 years experience in administrative and training matters with knowledge of GFR, DFPR, FR/SR, establishment and administration rules.
• Armed forces route: Certain JCO-level armed forces personnel due to retire or transfer to reserve may also be considered as mentioned in the notice.

Stenographer-I - Level 6

• Service route: Central Government officers holding analogous post, or officers with 10 years regular service in the specified PB-1 Grade Pay Rs. 2,400 route.
• Work profile: The role supports senior officers with stenographic assistance and official work.

Staff Nurse - Level 6

• Service route: Central/State/UT officers holding analogous post, or officers with 5 years regular service in the specified PB-2 Grade Pay Rs. 4,200 route.
• Qualification: You need 10+2, a 3-year General Nursing diploma, and registration as Nurse and Midwife with Central or State Nursing Council.
• Experience: You need 3 years working experience in a recognised hospital.
• Desirable: Experience in tuberculosis, hospital administration, sister tutor work, public health or pediatrics is useful.

Swimming Coach and Upper Division Clerk

• Swimming Coach: You need an analogous post or 6 years service in Level 5, plus coaching qualification from SAI/NSNIS or another recognised university, or specified Asian Games/World Championship/Olympic participation route.
• Swimming Coach desirable: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from a recognised university or institute.
• Upper Division Clerk: You need an analogous post, or Central Government LDC with 10 years service in PB-1 Grade Pay Rs. 1,900, plus 3 years experience in administration and establishment matters.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Not more than 56 years for deputation appointment.
• Age reference date: Age is counted as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Salary

• Assistant Director (IT): Pay Level 10, Rs. 56,100 to 1,77,500 per month.
• Superintendent, Stenographer-I, Staff Nurse and Swimming Coach: Pay Level 6, Rs. 35,400 to 1,12,400 per month.
• Upper Division Clerk: Pay Level 4, Rs. 25,500 to 81,100 per month.
• Allowances: Civilian posts can get deputation allowance of 6.25% to 12.5% of basic pay, 10% Special Duty Allowance, SCRLA and other admissible allowances.
• Facilities: The notice mentions rent-free accommodation, medical assistance, educational assistance, CPC, cooperative store, wet canteen, dairy, library, swimming pool, gym and sports facilities.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
