Who Can Apply?

For Rural Marketing Management:

• Bachelor's Degree in Co-operation & Banking from Kerala Agricultural University
• Master's Degree in Rural Marketing Management (KAU-recognized) with a minimum OGPA of 3.00/4.00 (trimester system) or 8.00/10.00 (semester system) or 55% marks (traditional system), or equivalent
• NET (conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR/AICTE or a similar UGC-accredited test) OR a Ph.D. degree as per UGC (Minimum Standards) Regulations, 2009 or 2016
• Desirable: Ph.D. in a related subject along with relevant teaching and/or administrative experience

For Banking & Finance Management:

• Bachelor's Degree in Co-operation & Banking from KAU
• Master's Degree in Banking & Finance Management (KAU-recognized) with the same OGPA/marks criteria as above
• NET or a Ph.D. as described above
• Desirable: Ph.D. in a related subject; candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Master's Degree in Commerce (Marketing) with NET will also be considered

For Co-operative Management:

• Bachelor's Degree in Co-operation & Banking from KAU
• Master's Degree in Co-operative Management (KAU-recognized) with the same OGPA/marks criteria as above
• NET or a Ph.D. as described above
• Desirable: Ph.D. in a related subject; candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce (Finance) with NET will also be considered

For Development Economics:

• Bachelor's Degree in Co-operation & Banking or B.Sc. (Agriculture) from KAU
• Master's Degree in Economics (KAU-recognized) with a minimum OGPA of 3.00/4.00 or 8.00/10.00 or 55% marks, OR a Master's in Economics from any UGC-recognized State/Central university with 60% marks or CGPA 6.0/10 or equivalent
• Desirable: Higher Diploma in Co-operation and Business Management (HDC & BM) from the State Co-operative Union, Kerala; a Ph.D. with Co-operation/Co-operative Management background; M.A./M.Sc. (Agri. Economics) or MBA (Finance) candidates will also be considered

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 44,100 per month for all four posts.
• The engagement is for the 2026-27 academic year or till a permanent appointment is made, whichever is earlier.

The selection will be done in the following stages:
