Selection Process

The selection follows a unique online bidding model. After submitting your application, you will bid a monthly salary amount (up to Rs. 3,00,000). JRHMS will then create facility-wise shortlists, and the candidate with the lowest bid (L1) for each facility gets selected. In case of a tie where multiple candidates bid the same amount, tie-breaker rules — such as seniority, qualification, or experience — will determine the final selection.

• MBBS degree certificate from a recognized university
• PG Degree/Diploma certificate in the relevant specialization
• NMC/MCI registration certificate — must be valid and current
• State Medical Council registration
• Internship completion certificate
• Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport)
• Recent passport-size photograph and signature scan
• Experience certificates, if applicable
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if claiming reservation

• Provide specialist medical services at assigned government health facilities in Jharkhand
• Conduct OPD consultations, surgeries, and procedures in the respective specialization
• Manage inpatient care and emergency cases within the area of expertise
• Supervise junior medical officers and support staff in the department
• Maintain medical records and submit periodic reports to the facility administration
