The Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS), under the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, has released notification Advt. No. 03/2025 (HM) for 29 IT Executive posts. These are technology and management roles supporting various National Health Mission programmes across Jharkhand. This is a purely IT and project management role — you will manage software systems, networks, and data centres for the state health department. The engagement is on a contract basis for three years.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or EEE, OR an MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience: You need 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT/Software Development or IT Systems, and you must have worked as a Project Manager for at least 2 years.
• Skills: Project Management, project delivery, good team leadership, and deep knowledge of programming languages like JAVA and .NET. You should also know testing tools, SDLC, STQC, hardware and software, networking, and data centre operations.
• Domicile: Candidates of Jharkhand claiming reservation (ST, SC, BC-I, BC-II, EWS) must submit a caste/EWS certificate issued by the competent authority of Jharkhand.

Age Limit

Your age will be counted as on 1 August 2025. The maximum age limit by category is:

• General / EWS: 40 years
• OBC (BC-I & BC-II): 42 years
• Female (Unreserved): 43 years
• ST / SC: 45 years
• Physically Handicapped (PH): Extra 5 years relaxation over the above limits (e.g. 45 years for General, 50 years for ST/SC)

Salary

• You will get a fixed honorarium of Rs. 60,000 per month.
• This is a consolidated contractual salary — the engagement is for a period of three years.

Selection Process

Selection is based on your qualification, experience, and the documents you submit:
