Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) Hospital Manager Recruitment 2026 - 201 Posts

The Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand has announced 201 contractual vacancies for Hospital Manager through the National Health Mission (NHM). These positions are spread across Medical Colleges, District Hospitals, Sub-Divisional Hospitals, and Community Health Centers at State, District, and Block levels. This is a fresh recruitment after the previous process (Advt. 01/2025) was cancelled. If you hold a postgraduate degree in hospital management or public health and have hands-on experience running healthcare facilities, this is your chance to contribute to Jharkhand's public health system.

Category-wise Vacancy Breakdown

All 201 vacancies are for the single post of Hospital Manager (Code: HM). Here is the reservation-wise split:

• General: 81 posts
• ST (Scheduled Tribe): 52 posts
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 20 posts
• SC (Scheduled Caste): 20 posts
• BC-I (Backward Class I): 16 posts
• BC-II (Backward Class II): 12 posts

Reservation rules of the Government of Jharkhand and Divyang quota guidelines will apply as per the circular of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Govt. of Jharkhand.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: You need any one of these — PG Diploma in Hospital Management & Healthcare, MBA in Hospital Management or Hospital Administration, or a Master's in Public Health (MPH).
• Essential Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience working in public health or hospital administration.
• Skills Required: You should have experience in the healthcare industry with strong knowledge of hospital management practices. Knowledge of computer systems and health management software is also needed.
• Domicile: Candidates from Jharkhand claiming reservation under ST, SC, BC-I, BC-II, or EWS must submit their caste/category certificate issued by a competent authority of the Government of Jharkhand.

Age Limit

Your age will be calculated as on 1 August 2025:

• General / EWS: Maximum 40 years
• OBC (BC-I & BC-II): Maximum 42 years
• Female (Unreserved): Maximum 43 years
• ST / SC: Maximum 45 years

Age relaxation for PwD (Physically Handicapped) candidates:

• General / EWS (PH): Maximum 45 years
• OBC (PH): Maximum 47 years
• Female Unreserved (PH): Maximum 48 years
• ST / SC (PH): Maximum 50 years

Note: 10th passed certificate, marks sheet, or any other government-approved document will be accepted as age proof.

Salary

• Selected Hospital Managers will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 41,000.
• This is a contractual position for 3 years. There will be no claim for absorption into a regular post.

Selection Process

The selection will involve these stages:
