Under Advt. No. JRHMS-01(PMU)/2026, the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society has released a vacancy circular to strengthen its Human Resource and Finance Management teams at the state level. JRHMS operates under the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, and manages health services across all 24 districts and 194 blocks of the state. Who Can Apply?

General Manager (Human Resource)

• You must be a retired officer from the Government of India or any State Government
• You should have held a position equivalent to Under Secretary or above
• You need adequate experience in Human Resource-related work, especially in departments of the Jharkhand Government
• Experience in the health sector is preferred

Auditor (Finance)

• You must be retired personnel from the rank of Auditor, Deputy Controller Finance & Accounts or equivalent in any Government organization
• You need adequate experience in Audit/Finance-related work, especially in departments of the Jharkhand Government
• Experience in the health sector is preferred

Age Limit

• The maximum age after retirement shall be as per the prevailing rules of the State/Central Government
• Only retired officers are eligible to apply

Salary

• Pay: As per State Government norms for contractual appointments
• The salary will be paid as per the guidelines/circulars issued by the Finance Department, Government of Jharkhand
• This is a contractual position — initially for 1 year, renewable annually based on performance as per NHM norms

• General Manager (HR):
• Provide consultancy on implementation of Human Resource policies under NHM Jharkhand
• Handle personnel management matters including postings and transfers
• Manage service conditions and related HR issues at the state level
• Strengthen the Human Resource system under NHM Jharkhand
• Auditor (Finance):
• Ensure all books of accounts are maintained properly at all levels — state, district, CHC, PHC, and sub-centres
• Develop and monitor audit mechanisms using tools like BRS, Tally, and Ledger systems
• Study all Audit Reports at every level and ensure compliance
• Prepare and submit Executive Summary reports to the Central level on time, including provisional UCs and audit of NHM funds
• Handle verification and disposal of fixed assets
