The Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand has released this notice through JRHMS to fill 51 contractual posts of Accounts and Management professionals under NHM. These posts span 9 different roles, from Chartered Accountant at the state level to Block Accounts Manager at the block level. Block Accounts Manager has the highest number of vacancies at 33 posts, making it the biggest opportunity in this recruitment. The engagement will be on a contract basis for three years.

Who Can Apply?

Chartered Accountant (Rs. 75,000/month):

• You need to be a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi with at least 2 years of post-qualification practice or CA experience in a reputed firm.

State Finance Manager-RCH (Rs. 65,000/month):

• You should be an Inter CA / MBA (Finance) / Inter ICWA / Masters in Commerce / CFA with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience and good computer and financial software skills.

State Accounts Manager (Rs. 60,000/month):

• You need an Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with knowledge of Tally software and at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.

State Accounts Officer-Urban (Rs. 25,000/month):

• You need an Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com / MBA in Finance with Tally knowledge and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the government sector. Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.

Accounts Officer / State Accountant-NTEP (Rs. 31,395/month):

• You need an MBA in Finance, Financial Management, or Accounts with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit or accounts maintenance in a recognized society or institution.

Executive Assistant-Accounts-RCH (Rs. 19,800/month):

• You need a Master's / PG Degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks and at least 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a government organization.

District Accounts Manager (Rs. 41,968/month):

• You need an Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with working knowledge of computers and Tally, and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Accounts Assistant-District-RCH (Rs. 25,200/month):

• You need an M.Com with 55% marks and at least 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the health sector.

Block Accounts Manager (Rs. 20,085/month):

• You need an Inter CA / Inter ICWA / B.Com with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience and computer/financial software skills.

Age Limit

• Age is calculated as on 1 August 2026.
• General: up to 35 years (relaxation to 40 years for PH candidates)
• EWS: up to 35 years (relaxation to 40 years for PH candidates)
• OBC (BC-I & BC-II): up to 37 years (relaxation to 42 years for PH candidates)
• Female (Unreserved): up to 38 years (relaxation to 43 years for PH candidates)
• ST/SC: up to 40 years (relaxation to 45 years for PH candidates)
• For posts requiring additional work experience, the upper age limit is increased by the minimum experience required for that post.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a monthly honorarium ranging from Rs. 19,800 to Rs. 75,000 depending on the post.
• These are consolidated contractual honoraria; no separate allowances are mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

JRHMS will screen applications based on eligibility criteria:

1.
