Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) has opened 1 Project Associate-I post under Prof. Manish Jain at the Center for Creative Learning (Advertisement No. OTH/13470/Advt0245). The role is part of the "30-30 Eklavya 2024-26" project, which builds learning tools and content to help students understand computer science and computer systems better. This is a temporary post for 1 year. It is a good fit if you enjoy teaching technology, building learning resources and hands-on work with computer hardware and software.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics, IT or an allied discipline.
• Marks: You need at least 60% (or equivalent grade points) from graduation onwards and at least 55% in class 10 and class 12.
• Degree status: You must have completed the qualifying degree and received your final year/final semester mark sheet before the advertisement was published.
• Preferred experience: Work in computer science pedagogy research, taking part in teaching conferences and trainings, creating learning videos, building learning tools and software (for example, shared on GitHub), or hands-on work with breadboards and discrete ICs for courses like digital systems, computer architecture and operating systems.

Salary

• You will get Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on your qualification and experience.

Selection Process

There is no written exam for this post. The steps are simple:
