IITG Project Engineer and JRF Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) is recruiting project staff in its Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. The appointments support a study called An Unmanned Reliable Water Quality Monitoring System for Indian Rivers, led by Principal Investigator Prabir Barooah. Pay Scale
Assistant Project Engineer: base Rs. 36,000 + HRA Rs. 6,480 + medical Rs. 1,250 = Rs. 43,730 per month. JRF: base Rs. 18,600 + HRA Rs. 3,348 + medical Rs. 1,250 = Rs. 23,198 per month. Numeric range represents total monthly amounts.
