Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi has released a project advertisement for one JRF post in Computer Science and Engineering. Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• M.E./M.Tech route: You need M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in CSE, IT, AI, ECE, EE or allied branches with at least 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale and GATE/NET or equivalent exam qualification.
• B.E./B.Tech route: You need B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in CSE, IT, AI, ECE, EE or allied branches with at least 75% marks or 7.5 CPI on a 10-point scale and GATE/NET or equivalent exam qualification.

Desirable Skills

• Coding: Experience in coding deep learning models is desirable.
• Concepts: Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Optimization will help in the project work.
• Research fit: Candidates with interest in flood mapping, geospatial AI or applied deep learning can highlight that experience in the application.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Relaxation: Female, SC, ST and physically handicapped candidates can get 5 years relaxation.
• OBC-NCL: OBC-NCL candidates can get 3 years relaxation or relaxation as per Government of India norms.

Salary

• Monthly fellowship: Rs. 37,000 per month.
• HRA: 20%, making the monthly total around Rs. 44,400.
• The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project, so payment continues only during the approved project appointment period.
