About This Job

IIT BHU is hiring a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Ceramic Engineering for an ANRF sponsored project. Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi has released Advertisement No. IIT(BHU)/CER/PS/01/2026 dated 18 June 2026. The post is for the project titled Development of Superior Oxide-ion Electrolytes Based on Utilization of Relaxor-type High Dielectric Materials for Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells. This is a temporary project post and will end with the project.

The project is funded by ANRF and the sanctioned duration mentioned in the notice is 3 years. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Preetam Singh, Department of Ceramic Engineering. Responsibilities

  • Handle experimental research on oxide-ion electrolyte materials for the ANRF project

  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and research manuscripts
