Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal (IIIT Bhopal) has released Advertisement No. IIITBpl/Estt./NFR/2026/1736 dated 14 July 2026 for filling 3 Non-Faculty positions on a direct recruitment basis. IIIT Bhopal is an Institute of National Importance set up under the Not-for-Profit Public-Private Partnership (N-PPP) model by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. All 3 posts are Unreserved (UR) vacancies, spanning one administrative role (Group B) and two technical/clerical roles (Group C). Who Can Apply?

Junior Superintendent (1 Post - Group B, Pay Level 6, Rs. 35,400+):

• First Class Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience in a relevant area

Junior Technician (1 Post - Group C, Pay Level 3, Rs. 21,700+):

• Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor's Degree, or ITI with 2 years' experience

Junior Assistant (1 Post - Group C, Pay Level 3, Rs. 21,700+):

• Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of computer operations

All three posts carry a one-year probation period and are classified as Unreserved (UR) vacancies. If you are currently working in a PSU, Central/State Government Undertaking, University, Semi-Government Institution, or Autonomous Body, you must apply through proper channel with a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.

Age Limit

• Junior Superintendent: Upper age limit is 32 years
• Junior Technician / Junior Assistant: Upper age limit is 27 years
• Age, qualification, and experience are evaluated as on the last date of online application (8 August 2026).
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms. No age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against Unreserved (UR) vacancies.

Salary

• Junior Superintendent: Pay Level 6 — Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month
• Junior Technician / Junior Assistant: Pay Level 3 — Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month
• You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

1. Written Test: General Aptitude / Ability Test
2. Discipline-Specific Proficiency / Skill Test
3. Document Verification: Originals of all mark sheets, certificates, and experience proof must be produced at this stage and at the time of joining

The Institute may restrict the number of candidates called for the Written Test/Skill Test based on qualifications, experience, and academic record. Meeting the essential qualifications alone does not guarantee a call for the test. If any submitted document is found fake, or if you have concealed relevant background information, you will not be allowed to appear for the test, and action can be taken even after joining.
