Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has released Vacancy Notice No. 30/2026 for 1 General Manager (Technical) post at its Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a deputation posting for 3 years, extendable up to 5 years, open to eligible officers from Indian Railways, Central/State Government departments, CPSUs, and joint ventures with government stake. Only senior engineering officers already working in an analogous grade are eligible — this is a lateral-entry senior management post, not an entry-level opening.

Who Can Apply?

For Central/State Government Officers:

• Grade: SAG (Level-14) in the relevant discipline, OR SG (Level-13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline.
• Service: Officers from IRSE (Indian Railway Service of Engineers), the Engineering Department of Indian Railways, Central Government, or CPSUs.

For PSU Employees:

• Grade: Analogous grade of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) (E8) in the relevant discipline, OR Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with 4 years of service in that grade.

On selection, you will handle planning, execution, and maintenance of civil works for DFCCIL, including preparation of GAD/TAD drawings, estimates, tendering, and execution of formation, bridges, and track works, along with liaison with Railways and State Government officials.

Age Limit

• You should not be more than 55 years old, reckoned as on the closing date of the vacancy notice (22 August 2026).

Salary

• Selected candidates will get their parent pay plus deputation allowance, placing them under Pay Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month) of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• You will also get other perks and allowances as applicable under DFCCIL policy.
