Who Can Apply?

This vacancy is for serving finance/accounts officers in the relevant discipline. You should belong to IRAS, the Accounts Department of Indian Railways, Central/State Government, or a PSU.

For AGM Level

• Government officers: Working in analogous grade Level-13A in the relevant discipline, or in Selection Grade Level-13 with at least 12 years of Group A service.
• PSU officers: Working in Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA) E6 with 4 years of service in the grade.

For JGM Level

• Government officers: Working in analogous substantive grade Level-13, or in JAG Level-12 with 8 to 12 years of Group A service.
• PSU officers: Working in analogous grade, or in Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 (IDA) E5 with 4 years of service in the grade.

For DGM Level

• Government officers: Holding Senior Scale Level-11, or having 10 years of Group B service while holding a cadre post in Level-10.
• PSU officers: Working in analogous grade, or in Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA) E4 with 4 years of service in the grade.

Preferred Experience

• Finance exposure: Experience in commercial and transportation work of Indian Railways, works matters, tenders, accounting, taxation, loans, funds management, financial concurrence and budget matters is preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years.
• The cut-off date for age and eligibility is the closing date of the vacancy notice, i.e. 25 June 2026.

Salary

• The selected officer will draw parent pay plus deputation allowance.
• Eligible PSU pay scales range from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per month depending on DGM/JGM/AGM level.
• You will also get other perks and allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this deputation vacancy. DFCCIL will shortlist and select officers based on service record and eligibility.
