Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: A recognized medical qualification under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1965 (MBBS or equivalent), plus a Postgraduate degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university.
• You must produce your MCI registration certificate at the time of joining.
• Doctors serving on bond are also eligible, subject to a No Objection Certificate from Swasthya Bhavan, West Bengal, as per the West Bengal Health & Family Welfare Department order dated 10 September 2021.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in the respective department — that is, prior exposure to GI/GU surgical oncology for post 1, or breast and soft tissue oncology for post 2.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for these posts is 45 years, calculated as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for reserved categories.

Salary

• Selected candidates will be placed at Level 11 of the pay matrix with a basic pay of Rs. 67,700 per month, going up to Rs. 2,08,700.
• You will also get other allowances as admissible at CNCI, in addition to basic pay.
• The tenure is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on a satisfactory performance and conduct report from the concerned Head of Department.
• The number of vacancies declared is tentative and may increase or decrease at the Institute's discretion.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Application Screening: Your application will be shortlisted based on the criteria fixed by the Institute.

3. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. If you are employed in a Government department, PSU, or Autonomous body, you must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
