Burari Hospital Senior Resident Recruitment 2026

Burari Hospital, under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, has invited applications for 9 Senior Resident posts on an ad-hoc basis. The selection is through a walk-in interview held every Monday from 2 March to 23 March 2026. No written exam is required.

Vacancy Details

A total of 9 Senior Resident posts are available across the following departments:

• Paediatrics: 4 posts
• Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG): 3 posts
• Microbiology: 1 post
• Pulmonology: 1 post

Who Can Apply

• You must have an MBBS degree plus a postgraduate qualification — MD, MS, DNB, or a recognized Diploma in the relevant subject.
• Registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) is mandatory.
• Your age must not be more than 45 years. Age relaxation applies for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per government rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 67,700 per month (Pay Level 11) as basic pay. You will also receive NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance), DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), and TA (Transport Allowance) as per applicable rules.

Contract Duration

The initial appointment is for 44 days on an ad-hoc basis. This can be extended up to 3 years based on performance and requirement.

2. Download and print your filled application form.
3. Collect all required documents — original certificates and self-attested photocopies.
4. Attend the walk-in interview on any Monday between 2 March and 23 March 2026.
5. Reach the Office of Medical Director, Burari Hospital, Kaushik Enclave, Burari, Delhi-110084 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
