BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is hiring 120 Senior Executive Trainees in Telecom and Finance streams. This is a great chance for engineering graduates and qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants to join a leading government telecom company. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India.

Who Can Apply?

For Telecom Stream (95 posts):

• B.E. or B.Tech in ECE, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation with at least 60% marks

For Finance Stream (25 posts):

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (as on 07 March 2026)

• SC/ST candidates get 5 years age relaxation
• OBC (NCL) candidates get 3 years age relaxation
• PwBD candidates get 10 years age relaxation

Salary

Selected candidates will get IDA E-3 pay scale of Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500 per month (pre-revised). Along with DA, HRA, and other benefits, the approximate gross salary will be Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 65,000 per month.

Application Fee

The fee is non-refundable.

Service Bond

Selected candidates must sign a service bond of Rs. 9,00,000 (Rs. 9 lakh) for 5 years. There is a 2-year probation period with training that includes 13 weeks of common training, 13 weeks of functional training, and 26 weeks of on-the-job training.
