The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has advertised the Board-level post of Director (Human Resources) at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Schedule 'A' Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications. As a whole-time member of the BSNL Board, the Director (HR) reports directly to the Chairman and Managing Director and leads all matters relating to human resource development, HR policy, and industrial relations across the company. The appointment is for a fixed tenure of 5 years from the date of joining, or until superannuation, whichever comes first. This post is open to eligible officers from central/state government, the public sector, and the private sector who meet the qualification and experience criteria.

Salary

Selection Process

PESB conducts the selection for Board-level CPSE posts in these stages:

1. Application/Nomination Scrutiny: Your application or nomination from your parent department or organization is checked against the eligibility criteria.
2. Interaction with PESB: Shortlisted candidates appear before the Public Enterprises Selection Board for a personal interaction.
3. Final Selection and Government Approval: PESB recommends the panel of candidates, and the final appointment is approved by the competent government authority.
