Who Can Apply?

Junior Engineer (Civil)

• 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised board/university/institution plus 3 years of working experience, OR
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil from a recognised university/institution.

Junior Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

• 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognised board/university/institution plus 3 years of working experience, OR
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical / Electrical from a recognised university/institution.

• Punjabi Language: You must have passed Punjabi up to Matriculation (10th) standard.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years (as per Punjab Government rules).
• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation for reserved categories as per Punjab Government rules.

Salary

• Starting pay: around Rs. 35,400 per month (entry pay, Pay Level 6 as per 7th CPC).
• Pay is fixed as per Punjab Government 7th CPC notification and Punjab Civil Service Rules.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Punjab Government rules.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through the following stages:
