BEML Limited Rajbasha Executive Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

BEML Limited (Bharat Earth Movers Limited) under the Ministry of Defence has released Advertisement No. KP/S/08/2026 dated 29.04.2026 to recruit an Executive for Rajbasha (Official Language) duties. The selected candidate will support official language activities for BEML's manufacturing units across India. This is a regular, full-time executive role in a Maharatna-track defence PSU. Both freshers in this cadre with strong qualifications and experienced Hindi translators can apply.

Vacancy Breakdown

• Assistant Manager (Grade III) - Rajbasha / Official Language [Position Code 109]: 1 post (4 years post-qualification experience)
• Manager (Grade IV) - Rajbasha / Official Language [Position Code 110]: alternate level (8 years post-qualification experience)

Total 1 vacancy. Candidates shall apply for a single position which is most suitable. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS will apply as per rules.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification (any one):

• First-class full-time Master's Degree in Hindi or Hindi Translation, with English as a subject at Bachelor's degree level, OR
• First-class full-time Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor's degree level, plus a Post-graduate Diploma in Translation, OR
• First-class full-time Master's Degree in both English and Hindi / Hindi Translation from a recognised University / Institute.

Desirable:

• Preference will be given to those with a Ph.D. in Hindi.

Experience (Mandatory, Post-Qualification):

• Assistant Manager (Grade III): Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (Grade IV): Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa is required.
• Desirable: experience in translation of technical or scientific literature and terminological work.

First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate marks. SC/ST/PwD candidates get a 5% relaxation. Only Indian Nationals may apply.

Age Limit

• Assistant Manager (Grade III): Maximum 30 years
• Manager (Grade IV): Maximum 34 years
• Age, qualification and experience must be as on 14 May 2026.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), additional 10 years for PwD (40% disability).
• Upper age limit may be relaxed for excess post-qualification experience, but maximum age with relaxation cannot exceed 57 years.

Salary

• Assistant Manager (Grade III): Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 per month (Basic Pay scale)
• Manager (Grade IV): Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000 per month (Basic Pay scale)
• Plus Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (currently 13.78% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria System).
• Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity and PRP as per company rules.

Selection Process

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Application Screening: Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on qualification, experience, age and category.
2. Assessment / Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for assessment.
3. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Required as per company medical standards.
4. Document Verification: Original documents verified at the time of joining.

Management reserves the right to increase the qualifying percentage based on the number of applications received.

• Conduct Hindi workshops and training programmes for BEML employees
• Prepare quarterly Rajbasha reports for the Department of Official Language
• Coordinate with Town Official Language Implementation Committees
