Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Bengaluru is hiring Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices for B.Com and BBA graduates. This is a 1-year apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). You'll get a monthly stipend of Rs 12,500. Bharat Electronics Limited is a Navaratna public sector company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. BEL's Bengaluru complex is conducting a walk-in selection to engage Non-Engineering Graduates for Optional Trade (OPTN) Apprenticeship Training through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region, Chennai. This is a great chance for fresh B.Com and BBA graduates from southern states to gain hands-on work experience at one of India's top defence electronics companies.

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) — Optional Trade (OPTN)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) — Optional Trade (OPTN)

Training period: 1 year under NATS.

Who Can Apply?

Education

• You need a B.Com or BBA degree from a recognized university
• Graduation must be completed on or after 01-04-2022
• You must have your Degree or Provisional Degree Certificate — Course Completion Certificate or Study Certificate will NOT be accepted
• Minimum marks: 60% for General and OBC, 40% for SC/ST
• Candidates who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible
• Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS or NAPS in any other organization are not eligible

Domicile

• You must be a resident of one of these southern states only: Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 25 years
• SC/ST candidates: relaxation of 5 years (up to 30 years)
• OBC candidates: relaxation of 3 years (up to 28 years)
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): relaxation of 10 years (up to 35 years)

Stipend

• Monthly stipend: Rs 12,500/-
• Out of this, Rs 8,000 will be paid by BEL
• Rs 4,500 will be paid by the Government through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
• Canteen facility available on chargeable basis
• Transport facility available on chargeable basis
• No accommodation or TA/DA provided

Selection Process

1. Written Test — Selection is purely based on merit of marks scored in the written test
2. Document Verification — Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents
