This role is open only to retired officers from TMB or other banks who held Scale II, III or IV positions at the time of retirement. Who Can Apply?

• Retired officers are eligible for selection from their date of retirement onward, as long as they meet this age limit.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 35,000 per month.
• No other allowance or perquisite — including bonus, ex-gratia, variable pay, LFC and medical reimbursement given to regular employees — will be paid to you.
• However, you will be eligible for lodging expenses and halting allowance during your inspection visits, as applicable to Mobile Inspectors of Branches.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The bank will select Mobile Inspectors of Branches in a single stage:

1. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed directly or through video conferencing. TMB will inform you of the exact mode, date and time individually on your registered email ID.

Contract Duration and General Conditions

• The contract is given for 1 year initially. Based on your performance report, it can be renewed for a further 1 year — a total of 2 years.
• Your posting will be Anywhere in India, and your job role and location are subject to transfer based on the bank's requirements.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification, so avoid trying to influence the selection through references or recommendations.
• Retired officers are eligible for selection from their date of retirement, regardless of when they retired, as long as the age and cadre conditions are met.
