Who Can Apply?

Civil Engineering, Electronics & Workshop Superintendent

• B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch
• First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees

Management

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline + Master's in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M.Com.
• First Class or equivalent + 2 years professional experience after Master's

Computer Science & Engineering

• B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. with First Class, OR
• B.E./B.Tech. and MCA with First Class, OR
• 3-year Graduation with Mathematics + MCA with First Class + 2 years experience

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English

• Master's degree with 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) in concerned/relevant/allied subject
• Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET (UGC/CSIR), OR
• Have a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 with prescribed conditions, OR
• Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in top 500 (QS / THE / ARWU)

Salary

• Pay: Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
• Entry pay: Rs. 57,700 per month
• Plus DA, HRA and other allowances as per Mizoram Government rules
• Classification: Group A (Gazetted)

Selection Process

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Verification of eligibility based on submitted documents.
2. Written Exam / Interview: As per MPSC norms for the post.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates verified before final selection.

Documentary support to prove eligibility must not be dated later than the last date of application.

1. Go to MPSC website at mpsc.mizoram.gov.in and download the application form and self-assessment form under Advertisement No. 5 of 2026-2027.
2. Pay the application fee online at mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in.
3. Online submission: Upload all educational certificates and marksheets from HSLC onwards, ST/SC/OBC certificate (if applicable) and other relevant documents.
4. Offline submission: Send hard copies of published works, research degrees, publications and the duly filled Self-Assessment form to MPSC.
5. Both online and offline application must be submitted before 29 May 2026, 4:00 PM.
6. Government servants must apply through proper channel.
