Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), through its Eastern Region Pipelines (ERPL) Siliguri Construction Office, has invited an Expression of Interest (EOI) to engage experienced land acquisition professionals for the Siliguri-Jhapa Product Pipeline (SJPL) project. The engagement covers Right of Use (RoU) land acquisition work across Siliguri, Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri districts of West Bengal. Only candidates who have retired from the West Bengal government's Land and Land Reforms / Land Acquisition Department are eligible — this is not a general recruitment open to all job seekers. The engagement is for 12 months, with a possible extension based on requirement and performance evaluation.

Who Can Apply?

• Eligibility: You must be a retired employee of the Land and Land Reforms / Land Acquisition Department, Government of West Bengal.
• Positions Available: Surveyor, Patwari / Amin / Talati / Lekhpal, and Notice Server / Revenue Assistant.

Important Dates

• Assist in resolving land assessment and ownership disputes
• Serve notices for objection hearings to farmers, villagers and landowners
• Communicate statutory land acquisition notifications to affected landowners
• Support the Competent Authority and other land acquisition staff in maintaining government records
