Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a central public-sector cement producer, is bringing engineers, management professionals, a legal professional and finance specialists into one fixed-term recruitment drive. Posts and Disciplines

• Production Engineering: plant-facing work covering cement manufacture, process control, shutdown planning and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Mechanical Engineering: upkeep of heavy plant machinery, preventive maintenance and dependable operation of production equipment.
• Mining Engineering: quarry planning and supervision for mechanised open-cast mining linked to CCI's raw-material supply.
• Electrical Engineering: operation and upkeep of plant electrical systems, substations, drives and related industrial equipment.
• Material Management: procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination and movement of materials through ERP-based systems.
• Marketing: sales planning, dealer and customer coordination, market development and follow-up on commercial targets.
• Legal: litigation support, contract review, compliance work and coordination with advocates or legal authorities.
• Finance and Accounts: accounting, financial controls, reporting and commercial support in a manufacturing environment.

Post-wise Duties

Engineers

You will help keep CCI's plants and mines productive by planning work, checking equipment or processes and coordinating with operations, maintenance and safety teams. Your exact focus depends on the discipline selected in the application.

Officers

You will support materials, marketing or legal operations through records, analysis, vendor or customer coordination, contract work and timely advice to the concerned unit.

Analyst

You will work with finance and accounts data, help maintain controls and prepare the information managers need for commercial and operational decisions.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: the initial engagement is for one year and may be extended annually, based on performance and organisational need, up to the limit stated in the notice.
• Posting: selected professionals may be placed at a CCI unit or at a corporate, regional or zonal office; the corporation can deploy staff according to operational requirements.
• Increment and facilities: continued engagement carries an annual increment, while accommodation or an allowance depends on the place of posting and availability.
• Benefits: the contract package includes limited leave, self medical cover, provident-fund coverage and eligible official-travel benefits under CCI rules.
• Selection caveat: CCI may use an additional assessment where needed, and final engagement remains subject to document and medical checks.
