CCI Consultant (Medical) Recruitment 2026: Overview

Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a Central Public Sector Undertaking of the Government of India, is looking for a Consultant (Medical) for its Corporate Office in New Delhi. This is a fixed-term, part-time contract — you attend the office on two weekdays a week for a few hours each day, so it suits a doctor with an existing practice or a recently retired medical officer.

Selection is through a walk-in interview under Advertisement No. CO/06/2026. Doctors who have retired from government departments or PSUs get preference, so this can be a natural second innings if you have served as a medical officer in the public sector.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The first contract is for one year. Based on your performance, it can be extended until you reach 65 years of age.
• Termination: The management can end the contract at any time, as the corporation needs, without giving any notice.
• Working hours: Duty is limited to two weekdays a week, with 2 to 3 hours of work on each of those days.
• Pay basis: You are paid per visit, and the notice does not fix a rate — the amount is open to negotiation.
