ICMR-NIRWoH Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2026: Overview
The ICMR-National Institute for Research on Women's Health (ICMR-NIRWoH) in Mumbai is hiring a Data Entry Operator for an ICMR-funded study called Task force on Establishment of Reference Intervals in Indian Population (TERIIP). TERIIP is a multi-centre, cross-sectional study that works out normal test ranges for Indians. Although the hiring institute is in Mumbai, the job itself is in the islands — you will be based at the ICMR-Regional Medical Research Centre, Dollygunj, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
This is a project post filled through an outsourcing agency, so it suits Class 12 Science pass candidates or people with data-processing experience who are happy to live and travel in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Graduates who are comfortable on computers have an edge.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Outsourced deployment: You will be engaged through an outsourcing agency on a purely temporary basis, not appointed directly to ICMR.
- Tenure: The first term is one year, and it can be extended by 10 months if your work is rated well.
- Travel: You must be willing to travel within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for field work, sample shipment and report delivery.
