ICSIL Project Associate (Documentation and Design Support) Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL), a Joint Venture of TCIL (a Government of India Enterprise) and DSIIDC (an undertaking of the Delhi Government), is hiring 2 Project Associates for documentation and design support work under the Department of Forest and Wildlife in Delhi. This is a contractual outsourced position where you will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, design infographics, format official reports, and handle proofreading tasks in both Hindi and English. If you are a graduate with graphic design skills and hands-on experience with tools like Adobe, Canva, and MS Office, this role is a strong fit for you.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.
• Desirable: A Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Arts from a reputed Government or private institute will give you an edge.
• Computer Skills: You must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in designing with Adobe, Canva, creating and editing PPTs, reports, briefs, and official documents. Experience in content drafting, proofreading, and formatting in Hindi/English. Prior experience in Government, PSU, or Autonomous Body is preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 32 years.
• Minimum age: 18 years (as per ICSIL eligibility page).

Salary

• Selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration of Rs. 46,000 per month (without EPF deduction).
• Note: 15 days' salary will be deducted as security deposit in two equal parts during the first two months. This amount is refunded with savings bank interest after completing all contractual obligations.

Application Fee

• One-Time Registration Fee: Rs. 590/- (Non-refundable). This is a one-time fee for ICSIL's portal. If you have already registered and paid earlier, you do not need to pay again.
• Payment Tip: Make the OTR payment at least 2 working days before the closing date, as it takes 1-2 working days for the payment to reflect in your dashboard.

Selection Process

1. Document Scrutiny: Shortlisting will be done by checking your age, qualification, experience, and other documents against the eligibility criteria.
2. Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction or interview with the department. You must bring original documents along with one set of photocopies and 2 passport-size photographs.

Note: The selection may also include a skill test or written test depending on the position. The decision of the interview panel is final and binding.

• Design and prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations with graphics, animations, and visual layouts for review meetings, presentations to senior officers, and other official purposes.
• Assist in designing and formatting official reports, briefs, presentations, and other government documents.
• Conceptualize and develop visual content, infographics, and digital or print materials using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar software.
• Handle proper documentation, formatting, and proofreading of all official material in Hindi and English as required.
• Draft and edit content for departmental communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both languages.
• Work closely with the Department of Forest and Wildlife staff to support their documentation and presentation needs on a daily basis.
• Maintain an organized archive of all designed materials, templates, and official documents for easy retrieval.
