Central Bank of India is hiring contractual staff for its RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) Raisen and FLC (Financial Literacy Centre) Bhopal & Raisen under the CBI-SUAPS Society. Posts cover Counselor FLC, Office Assistant, Attender/Sub Staff, and Watchman cum Gardener. If you have passed 7th class to Graduation and live in or near Bhopal/Raisen district (MP), you can apply by post or in person. The last date is 4 June 2026. There is no application fee.

Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS), a Society sponsored by Central Bank of India, is engaging staff for its Rural Self Employment Training Institute at Raisen and Financial Literacy Centres at Bhopal and Raisen on annual contract basis. The Bank runs 46 RSETIs and 50 FLCC centres across 51 Lead Districts. Selection is through personal interview only — no written exam. Local residents of Bhopal and Raisen districts (Madhya Pradesh) are preferred.

Vacancy Details (4 Posts)

• Counselor FLC (Bhopal & Raisen): Retired bank officers / Ex-Servicemen with banking knowledge
• Office Assistant (RSETI Raisen): Graduate with computer and accounting knowledge
• Attender / Sub Staff (RSETI Raisen): 10th pass
• Watchman cum Gardener (RSETI Raisen): 7th pass

Who Can Apply?

For Counselor FLC (Rs. 25,000/month):

• Age: Above 45 years and below 65 years, must possess good health
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Computer Skills: Computer literate, proficient in MS Office, internet, typing in local language
• Experience: Retired or VRS-opted Bank officials of Scale I & above from Nationalised Banks/SBI/RRBs (preferred), OR Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Government School Teachers with banking knowledge and IIBF certification
• Service Record: Minimum 10 years as Officer/permanent employee with unblemished service record
• Domicile: Resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district. Excellent local language communication essential.

For Office Assistant (Rs. 20,000/month):

• Age: 22 to 40 years (as on the last date of application)
• Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge. Basic Accounting knowledge preferred.
• Skills: Fluent in spoken and written local language (Hindi). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, and Internet. Typing skills in local language essential, English typing an added advantage.
• Domicile: Resident of the same district or staying at the RSETI headquarter

For Attender / Sub Staff (Rs. 14,000/month):

• Age: 22 to 40 years with sound health
• Qualification: Matriculation (10th class) passed
• Skills: Well conversant with the local language
• Domicile: Resident of the same or nearby district / staying at RSETI headquarter

For Watchman cum Gardener (Rs. 12,000/month):

• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Qualification: 7th class passed
• Experience: Preferably with experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture
• Domicile: Resident of the same or nearby district / staying at RSETI headquarter

Salary

• Counselor FLC: Last pay & allowances drawn minus pension and relief, or Rs. 25,000/month (whichever is lower), plus Rs. 1,000/month mobile/conveyance. Non-pensioners get a flat Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 1,000.
• Office Assistant: Rs. 20,000/month plus allowances
• Attender / Sub Staff: Rs. 14,000/month (fixed, no other benefits)
• Watchman cum Gardener: Rs. 12,000/month plus allowances

Application Fee

• No application fee is prescribed for any post

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

1. Application Screening: Applications received by 4 June 2026 are screened based on eligibility
2. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates called for personal interview to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, and developmental approach. For Office Assistant, computer knowledge is also assessed.
3. Final Decision: The decision of the Society/Trust/Bank is final.
