ACTREC Trial Coordinator SHyne Recruitment 2026: Overview
Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), a Tata Memorial Centre institution supported by the Department of Atomic Energy, is engaging a Trial Coordinator for the SHyne clinical-research project at its Kharghar campus. The study is a Phase III randomized non-inferiority trial comparing shorter hypofractionated treatment with conventional definitive chemoradiation for locally advanced oral cancers. Your work will help the research team keep a complex cancer trial organized and auditable, from participant coordination and study records to communication across clinical units. This is a project appointment, so it is separate from ACTREC's permanent establishment.
The role is a good fit if your science background is backed by formal clinical-research training and you are comfortable working around treatment schedules, protocol requirements and sensitive participant information. As Trial Coordinator for the SHyne study, you will need to keep several streams of work aligned without changing clinical decisions that belong to investigators and treating teams. Clear follow-up, accurate documentation and respect for research ethics are central to the assignment.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Project tenure: The initial appointment is for six months and may be extended. Any continuation depends on the project and ACTREC's requirements.
- Fixed project engagement: This role is on project and does not create a claim to a permanent Tata Memorial Centre post.
- Clinical-trial setting: You will work around people receiving cancer care, so privacy, careful communication and protocol discipline are essential.
- Experience preference: One year of relevant experience is desirable rather than stated as mandatory. Your clinical-research diploma remains an essential part of the qualification.
- Interview attendance: The recruitment is conducted through a physical walk-in at ACTREC, Kharghar. You should plan enough time for reporting and document scrutiny before the interview.
Application Submission Notes
Report to Meeting Room I, 3rd Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210 during the stated morning reporting window. This is a direct walk-in process, so there is no separate online application link in the notice.
Bring your recent CV and passport-size photograph together with the originals and photocopies requested in the advertisement. The originals allow the team to check your claims, while the copies support the interview record; keep both sets arranged in the same order as your CV so scrutiny is quicker.
The notification identifies the post under a specific trial and advertisement number. Before you travel, compare your science degree and clinical-research diploma with the mandatory wording, and carry clear proof of any relevant experience you want the panel to consider.
