The Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission (TNSRLM), run by the Block Mission Management Unit in Kanchipuram District, has opened 39 Community Bank Coordinator posts. These coordinators help Self Help Groups link with banks and handle community-level banking work in rural areas. This is a contract post for women SHG members — there is no written exam, and selection is based on shortlisting and an interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 12th Standard (Higher Secondary) from a recognised board.
• SHG Membership: You must be a woman member of a Self Help Group linked to a Village Level Federation, with the required SHG experience.
• Domicile: You should belong to Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Tamil Nadu Government rules.

Salary

• You will get a monthly honorarium of Rs. 2,500.
• This is a contract engagement under the Mahalir Thittam scheme, not a regular government post.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in two simple steps:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are checked against the eligibility rules and shortlisted.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview, and the final list is prepared on merit.
