Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a Grant-in-Aid Institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has announced a walk-in interview to fill 1 Research Project Manager post for a clinical research project (Project No. 3877, A/c No. 4771) in the Department of Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital. The position is initially for 6 months and is meant for candidates with hands-on clinical research coordination experience. If a large number of candidates turn up, TMC will first conduct an MCQ Test to shortlist candidates before the interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Post-Graduate Degree in Science along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (mandatory), OR an M.Sc in Clinical Research or a Pharm D degree.
• Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience in Clinical Research (mandatory).
• Preference: Candidates with proven leadership experience will be preferred.
• Internal candidates (already working at TMC) must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current HOD or Principal Investigator.

Age Limit

• The age limit for this post is 40 years.

Salary

• The starting salary is Rs. 55,000 per month.
• Salary enhancement may be considered based on your education, performance, and relevant experience.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through the following stages:

1. MCQ Test (if required): If a large number of candidates attend, an MCQ test will be conducted first to shortlist candidates.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on the same day.

• Coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned clinical and translational research projects
• Prepare and maintain project timelines, activity trackers, and milestone charts with the Principal Investigator
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors, ethics committees, laboratories, and external collaborators
• Prepare and submit documents for Institutional Ethics Committee review and regulatory approvals
• Maintain accurate project files, records, and documentation for audits and inspections
• Track project budgets and expenditure, and coordinate with accounts and grants management teams
• Support monitoring visits, quality checks, and regulatory inspections
• Guide research coordinators and project staff on documentation and compliance
