Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks
• Knowledge of personal computers and their applications

Experience

• 2 years of experience in supervision of civil and public health activities during construction works in a reputed organisation

Skills That Help (Desirable)

• Knowledge of the government tender process, estimation and tender preparation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of civil drawing

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years (as on the last date for receipt of applications)
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD)

Salary

• Consolidated pay of Rs. 63,900 per month (including HRA)
• These appointments are purely temporary, non-pensionable and co-terminus with the project.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection for this post is done as follows:

1. Shortlisting: TIFR may shortlist candidates based on qualification and experience higher than the minimum prescribed.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview. The Institute may also conduct written tests or skill tests if needed, online or in person.

Just meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee a call for the interview.
