Telangana eDistrict Manager Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Office of the Commissioner ESD (MeeSeva), ITE&C Department, Hyderabad has issued a revised notification for the eDistrict Manager post in Mahabubabad District. This is a district-level technical and e-Governance role for candidates who can support MeeSeva centres, Aadhaar PEC operations, citizen service delivery and district administration. Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: You need B.Tech or any Post Graduate qualification such as MCA, M.Tech, MSc or MBA.
• Experience: You need at least 2 years of experience in IT projects, IT infrastructure deployment, software development, hardware, networking, security management or IT-enabled service project coordination.
• Communication: You should be good in verbal and written English and should know the local language.

Local Requirement

• Native condition: You should be a native of the erstwhile Warangal District region, including Warangal, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Jangaon, Hanumakonda, Mulugu or Mahabubabad.
• Stay requirement: The selected candidate should stay at the district headquarters so the district administration can reach them when needed.
• Travel: You should be ready to travel across the district, including Gram Panchayat-level work, late nights or holidays when required.

Age Limit

• You should be between 24 and 44 years old.
• Age reference date: 01 July 2026.

Salary

• The salary is Rs. 32,000 per month, all inclusive.
• The notification mentions a progressive increase every 2 years based on performance.

Selection Process

• Work with technical teams and service providers to restore disrupted citizen services
