Who Can Apply?

• Gender: Only women can apply for these posts.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no exam. Selection works like this:

1. Merit List: A merit list is prepared from your educational marks (Intermediate and any higher qualification). The higher your marks, the higher your rank — so your school and college results decide your chances.
2. Residence Priority: Permanent residents of the same gram sabha or ward are considered first.
3. Preference Order: Among local residents, BPL widows, divorced and destitute women get first preference, followed by other BPL women. If no eligible woman is found in the gram sabha, candidates from the same project (urban or rural) are considered.
4. Document Verification: Your certificates are checked before final selection.

The final decision is taken by the district-level selection committee, and its decision is binding.
