Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract renewal: Most contractual posts begin with an eleven-month engagement. Continuation depends on your performance and the school’s requirements, with a one-month break after each eleven-month service period.
• Overall tenure: These renewable contracts cannot exceed three years from appointment. The school reviews performance before renewal, using quarterly reports in its assessment.
• Separate short contracts: Office Superintendent, System Administrator and Horse Riding Instructor are specifically limited to eleven months. Do not assume that the renewal provision for other roles applies to them.
• Special-education training: Appointees to the TGT posts through the B.Ed. Special Education route must complete the prescribed NCTE-recognized elementary-education programme after joining.
• Travel and stay: The school does not pay travel or daily allowances for attending the interview. You should be prepared to stay an extra day and arrange that stay yourself.
• Recruitment changes: The school may cancel a vacancy for administrative or policy reasons, including before or after the interview.
