MSW/2026-27/14) for filling unaided teaching posts on a temporary / contract basis at the Department of Social Work, Pune Campus, Maharshi Karve Vidya Vihar, Karve Road, Pune 411038. SNDT is the first women's university in India and South-East Asia, established in 1916. This recruitment covers Coordinator and Assistant Professor roles across full-time and CHB (Clock Hour Basis) categories for the 2026-27 academic year. Who Can Apply?

Course / Centre Coordinator cum Assistant Professor (1 post)

• You must have an MSW or MA (Social Work) with NET / SET / PhD in the relevant subject.
• You should have teaching experience.
• You also need work experience in administration, finance, examination and scholarship work, since this role combines teaching with running the centre.

Assistant Professor cum Fieldwork Supervisor (3 posts, Full Time / CHB)

• You must have an MSW or MA (Social Work) with NET / SET / PhD in the relevant subject.
• Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in the MSW programme.

Assistant Professor (CHB - 6 posts)

• You must have an MSW or MA (Social Work) with NET / SET / PhD in the relevant subject. These posts are paid on a Clock Hour Basis, meaning you are paid for the lecture hours you teach.

Salary

• These are unaided temporary / contract posts. Pay is as per university norms for unaided teaching positions.
• The CHB (Clock Hour Basis) posts are paid for each lecture hour taught.
