Who Can Apply?

For Assistant Professor - MBA & MCA-M (Rs. 500/hour - Rs. 25,000/month):

• You need a postgraduate degree in Management, Computer Applications, or Computer Science from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institute, as per AICTE norms.
• Preference is given to candidates with industry experience, research experience, or a Ph.D. (completed or pursuing) from a UGC-recognized university.
• Relevant skill areas include General Management, Operations & Logistics, HR, Entrepreneurship Development, Managerial Economics, Digital Business, Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Communication & Networking, and Web Technology.
• You should be comfortable teaching students enrolled in the MBA or MCA-M programmes at JDBIMSR Pune.

For Clerk cum Typist (Rs. 19,700/month):

• You need a B.Com degree with experience in academic administration, examinations, scholarships, portal handling, and English-Marathi typing.

For Office Peon (Rs. 15,750/month):

• You need to have passed 10th or 12th standard.

Salary

• Assistant Professor (MCA-M): Rs. 25,000 per month (Contractual/Ad-hoc).
• Assistant Professor (MBA, CHB): Rs. 500 per 60-minute lecture (Clock Hour Basis).
• Clerk cum Typist: Rs. 19,700 per month.
• Office Peon: Rs. 15,750 per month.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

1. Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates must report directly to JDBIMSR Pune with their documents — there is no written exam.
