Who Can Apply?

For Warden (KGBV):

• Qualification: BA / B.Sc + B.Ed. If trained candidates are not available, untrained candidates will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in managing an academic institution.
• Preference: Given to widows, destitute women, or divorcees (valid certificate required).

For Part Time Teacher (English):

• BA + B.Ed. In case of non-availability of trained Arts graduates, untrained Arts graduates having English (Hons.) will be preferred.

For Part Time Teacher (Math/Science):

• B.Sc + B.Ed. In case of non-availability of trained Science graduates, untrained Science graduates will be considered.

For Part Time Teacher (Sanskrit):

• BA with Sanskrit or Sahitya Acharya.

For Accountant:

• B.Com with DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications).

Other Requirements (All Posts):

• You must have studied Odia as MIL up to 10th Standard, OR have passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard, conducted or recognized by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.

Age Limit

• Warden: 30 to 50 years
• Part Time Teachers (all subjects): 18 to 35 years
• Accountant: 18 to 35 years
• Age is calculated as on the date of advertisement (15 May 2026).

Salary

• Warden: Rs. 25,621 per month (including EPF share of Employee & Employer)
• Accountant: Rs. 16,637 per month (including EPF share)
• Part Time Teacher (KGBV): Rs. 9,075 per month (including EPF share)
• Part Time Teacher (NCSBAV) — Trained: Rs. 9,075 per month (including EPF share)
• Part Time Teacher (NCSBAV) — Untrained: Rs. 8,075 per month (including EPF share)
