Alliance Air Aviation Limited (AAAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL) under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has released advertisement Ref No. AAAL/PERS/2026/527 dated 14 May 2026 for the post of Chief Financial Officer. The selection is interview-based with no written exam — shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the company premises in New Delhi. This is a senior-level position with overall charge of all financial activities of the company on a PAN India basis.

Who Can Apply?

• Educational Qualification: You must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI/ICMAI). You must be a member of the respective institute.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification work experience in maintenance of Accounts, Budget/Budgetary Control, Final Accounts, Expenditure Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Statutory Compliance (Companies Act, GST, PT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT), Auditing, Taxation, Working Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Planning, Internal Finance Control, and other areas of Financial Management.
• ERP Experience: You should have hands-on experience of working in ERP systems such as SAP for automation and financial processing.
• Senior Managerial Experience: Out of the total 15 years, at least 3 years must be at senior managerial level (DGM and above).
• Preference: Candidates working in the Aviation Industry or PSUs and those having at least 3 years of experience at the E5 level or above will be given preference.
• All experience must be post-qualification only.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 62 years as on 14 May 2026 (inclusive of SC/ST and OBC candidates).
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation in age for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates as per Government Directives.

Salary

• Consolidated monthly salary: Rs. 2,00,000 (all inclusive) for a period of 3 years.
• Annual increment of Rs. 3,500 after completion of one year of service.
• Reimbursement of fuel expenses up to 90 litres per month.
• Mobile Phone expenses up to Rs. 900 per month or actual, whichever is lower.
• Free / Concessional Air Passages for self and declared family on the Alliance Air network (applicable taxes payable by employee).
• Other benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity as per company rules.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will happen in the following stages:

1. Screening / Shortlisting: Applications received will be screened. Due weightage will be given to academic qualifications and post-qualification work experience. The company reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on additional qualifications and experience.
2. Personal Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at the Alliance Air Aviation Limited premises in New Delhi. Timing and address will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
3. Final Rank List: Final selection will be based on the rank list drawn from the total marks secured in the interview.

TA/DA Reimbursement: SC/ST candidates are entitled to reimbursement of second class return rail/bus fare from the nearest railway station to New Delhi on production of railway receipt/ticket.

• Handle overall in-charge duties of all financial activities of the company including Expenditure Accounting and Revenue Accounting on a PAN India basis
• Ensure Statutory Compliance with GST, PT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT and other applicable laws
• Facilitate and complete Statutory Audit, CAG Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit within stipulated timelines
• Implement Internal Financial Control and execute Risk Management policies on a PAN India basis
• Manage Working Capital, Financial Planning, and Forecasting for the company
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, Board, and Audit Committee Meetings
• Coordinate with external authorities such as DPE, Ministry of Civil Aviation, GST, and Income Tax departments
• Prepare Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Accounts and handle reconciliations, MIS, and physical verification of fixed assets
