Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is hiring 10 candidates for Manager (S&T) and Deputy Manager (S&T) posts on a regular basis. RVNL is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways. The salary goes up to Rs 1,60,000 per month (IDA scale) plus allowances. RVNL S&T Recruitment 2026 - 10 Posts

RVNL was originally set up by the Government of India to fast-track rail infrastructure projects, including new lines, gauge conversion, doubling, metro systems, bridges, and tunnels across India and abroad. Through Advertisement No. 27/2025 dated 13.10.2025, RVNL invited applications for 10 posts in the Signal & Telecommunication department. The revised list of eligible candidates has been published on 25.03.2026, and shortlisted candidates must now upload their photos and signatures on the online portal by the deadline.

• Deputy Manager (S&T) - E-1 Level: 5 posts (UR - 2, OBC - 2, SC - 1)

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification (Both Posts)

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from a reputed Institute/University approved by AICTE, OR
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with not less than 50% marks from a recognised institute, with knowledge of computer operations

Experience Required

• Manager (S&T) E-2: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience (degree holders) or 10 years (diploma holders) in Signal & Telecommunication works
• Deputy Manager (S&T) E-1: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (degree holders) or 8 years (diploma holders) in Signal & Telecommunication works

This recruitment is open to candidates currently working in Government Organizations, CPSEs, Central Government Companies, or Metro Corporations. Private sector candidates can also apply if they meet the CTC criteria (Rs 12 LPA for Manager, Rs 10 LPA for Dy Manager) and submit Form 26AS.

Age Limit

• Manager (S&T): Maximum 40 years
• Deputy Manager (S&T): Maximum 35 years
• Age calculated as on: 12 November 2025 (closing date of original notification)
• Age relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories
• RVNL employees (Regular/Contract/Outsource) may get additional relaxation based on service duration

Salary

• Manager (S&T) E-2: Rs 50,000 - 1,60,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale) + applicable allowances
• Deputy Manager (S&T) E-1: Rs 40,000 - 1,40,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale) + applicable allowances

Selection Process

1. Document Verification: Scrutiny Committee will verify eligibility and documents of all applicants
2. Written Test: Scheduled for 03 May 2026 at Delhi. Venue and time will be shared through admit card
3. Interview: Based on written test performance, candidates will be called for interview at RVNL Corporate Office

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process. Selected candidates must sign a bond of Rs 4 Lakh + GST for 3 years of service. The probation period is 2 years from the date of joining.

• Handle signal and telecommunication project planning, execution, and commissioning for railway infrastructure projects
• Manage S&T installation, testing, and maintenance activities at project sites across India
• Prepare detailed project reports, estimates, and technical specifications for S&T works
• Monitor progress of contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards and Indian Railway specifications
• Work with multiple stakeholders including Railway authorities, contractors, and equipment suppliers
• Assist in procurement of signalling and telecom equipment as per approved specifications
• Follow up on quality assurance checks, inspections, and commissioning protocols
• Keep records of project milestones, expenditure, and technical documentation
