Selection Process

There is no written exam for this recruitment. The selection is entirely merit-based. The factory will first shortlist candidates based on eligibility and qualifications. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for a Personal Interaction/Interview. Your academic marks carry 85% weightage while the interview accounts for 15%. A final merit list will be prepared, followed by Document Verification before the offer of engagement is issued.
