The National Health Mission (NHM), Madhya Pradesh has released a notification to fill 307 contractual medical posts spread across districts, blocks, and health facilities all over the state. The recruitment covers Medical Officers for Sanjivnee Clinics and Multipurpose Medical and Surgical Centres (MMSC), along with PGMO Specialists — Gynaecologists, Anaesthetists, Radiologists, and Paediatricians — for District Hospitals and Community Health Centres. One category of Anaesthetist posts follows the "You Quote We Pay" (YQWP) scheme, where candidates can negotiate their own consolidated pay. Who Can Apply?

For Medical Officer (Sanjivnee Clinic/MMSC):

• You need an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with valid registration from the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council or National Medical Commission.

For PGMO Specialist Posts (Gynaecologist/Anaesthetist/Radiologist/Paediatrician):

• You need an MBBS degree with a postgraduate degree or diploma (MD/MS/DNB/Diploma) in the relevant specialty.
• For the You Quote We Pay (YQWP) Anaesthetist posts, you can propose your own consolidated pay during the interview.

About the You Quote We Pay (YQWP) Scheme:

• Under this scheme, eligible Anaesthetist candidates can propose their own consolidated monthly pay during the interview instead of following the fixed contractual pay scale.
• This scheme is used to fill hard-to-recruit Anaesthetist posts in remote blocks such as Sonkatch (Dewas), Petlawad (Jhabua), and Beohari (Shahdol).

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done through an online walk-in interview — there is no written examination:

1. Document Screening: Your MBBS/PG certificates and registration proof are checked for eligibility.
2. Online Walk-in Interview: Conducted between 8 August 2026 and 22 August 2026 for your chosen district and facility.
3. Final Merit List: Prepared based on your interview performance and qualifications.
