Who Can Apply?

Accounts Officer C (OBC) — Level 10

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce with 55% marks (with Advanced Accountancy / Auditing / Taxation), OR B.Com with 60% marks plus inter-CA or CMA.
• Experience: 6 years in Level 7/8 (or equivalent), or 5 years in Level 6/7/8 with a Diploma in Finance and Accounts.
• You must be proficient in using computers and accounting software.

Administrative Officer C (Purchase & Stores) — Level 10

• Qualification: Graduate with 60% marks plus a Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Management or Administration.
• Experience: 5 years of service in Level 6/7/8 (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of GeM procurement, tenders, contracts, stores and GFR rules is desirable.

Scientific Officer C (Veterinarian) (OBC) — Level 10

• Qualification: Full-time B.V.Sc with 60% marks from a recognised university.
• Experience: 2 years in the relevant field.
• M.V.Sc in Veterinary Pathology and experience in a barrier animal facility is desirable.

Age Limit

• Accounts Officer C: Maximum 43 years as on 1 January 2026 (including OBC relaxation).
• Administrative Officer C: Maximum 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (relaxation as per rules).
• Scientific Officer C (Veterinarian): Maximum 31 years as on 1 January 2026 (including OBC relaxation).
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen is allowed as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• All three posts are in Pay Matrix Level 10 (stage-1) with a starting basic pay of Rs. 56,100 per month.
• The Level 10 pay range goes from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Central Government norms.

Selection Process

Selection is based on your qualification, experience and performance in the recruitment process:

• Manage finance, accounting, budgets and audits for the Accounts Officer role
• Handle procurement, tenders, contracts and stores for the Purchase & Stores role
