The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) is hiring 34 Homeopathic Medical Officers for the AYUSH Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission released Advertisement No. 32/2025 for filling up 34 vacancies of Homeopathic Medical Officer in the AYUSH Department. Out of the total, 30 posts are backlog vacancies reserved for Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates and 4 posts are under horizontal reservation open to candidates from across India. Who Can Apply?

- Internship: You must have completed your compulsory rotatory internship.
- Domicile: 30 backlog posts require Madhya Pradesh domicile; 4 horizontal reservation posts are open to all candidates across India.
Age Limit
- You must be between 21 and 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
- Age relaxation as per Madhya Pradesh government rules for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Women, Divyang, and other reserved categories.
- MP state employees and government servants get additional age relaxation as per the rules.
Salary
- Pay Matrix Level 10: Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.
- The post is a Gazetted Class II position under the Madhya Pradesh state government.
- You will get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Madhya Pradesh Government rules.

Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients using homoeopathic medicine in government dispensaries and hospitals.
- Maintain detailed patient case histories, prescription records, and OPD registers.
- Prescribe homoeopathic medicines and recommend follow-up treatment plans.
- Assist in public health awareness drives and AYUSH outreach programmes in rural areas.
- Monitor stock and consumption of homoeopathic medicines at the dispensary.
- Submit monthly reports on patient load, disease patterns, and treatment outcomes.
- Follow Madhya Pradesh state government health guidelines and AYUSH ministry protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a CCH-recognised university with completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Required Skills
Permanent live registration with Madhya Pradesh State Homeopathy Council as a Homeopathic Medical Practitioner.

Exam Pattern
The MPPSC Homeopathic Medical Officer written exam is an OMR-based offline test tentatively scheduled for 07 June 2026 at Indore exam centres. The exam will test your knowledge of Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine, Practice of Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and general awareness as per the official syllabus.
