Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPEZ) is hiring 150 ITI Trade Apprentices for a one-year apprenticeship in its Jabalpur, Sagar, Rewa and Shahdol regions. If you have passed 10th class and hold an ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrician, COPA or Stenographer (Hindi), you can apply. You get a monthly stipend of up to Rs. 11,040. MPEZ, a power distribution company that is a successor of the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board, has invited applications for 150 ITI Trade Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act 1961. The training covers three trades — Electrician, COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant) and Stenographer (Hindi) — and runs for 1 year. This is a training opportunity, not a permanent job, but it gives ITI holders solid hands-on experience in a state power utility.

• Electrician: 83 posts
• COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant): 55 posts
• Stenographer (Hindi): 12 posts

• OBC: 40
• ST: 30

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 10th class along with an ITI certificate (NCVT or SCVT) in the relevant trade.
• Trades: COPA, Electrician, or Stenographer (Hindi).
• Domicile: You must be a domicile (original resident) of Madhya Pradesh.
• NATS / Apprenticeship Registration: You must have a valid apprentice registration on the apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years for all categories.
• Maximum age for General candidates: 25 years (as on 01 January 2026).
• Age Relaxation: SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) get 5 years relaxation; Persons with Disability get 10 years relaxation in upper age.

Salary (Stipend)

• One-year ITI passed (COPA, Stenographer Hindi): Rs. 10,560 per month
• Two-year ITI passed (Electrician): Rs. 11,040 per month
• No other allowances or benefits are payable apart from this stipend.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam. Selection is based on merit:

1. Application Screening: All online applications received before the deadline are checked for eligibility.
2. Merit List: Candidates are ranked on the percentage of marks in their ITI. If two candidates have equal marks, the older candidate is preferred.
3. Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer.

A waiting list may also be used. The merit list stays valid for one year from the date of the first result.

2. Watch the instructional videos on the portal for help with registration and profile completion.
3. Apply online for the MPEZ establishment — only online applications are accepted.
4. Make sure you submit before 11:59 PM on 25 June 2026.
