Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released Category No. 080/2026 for the post of Deputy Manager (Finance, Accounts & Secretarial Branch) at Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Limited. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Equivalent Qualifications: If you hold a qualification recognized by the Kerala Government as equivalent or higher than ICAI/ICSI Associate Membership, you may also be considered eligible. You will need to produce the relevant government order when asked by the Commission.
• Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment
• Probation: Once appointed, you will be on probation for one year on duty within a continuous period of two years from the date you join.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 40 years old, born between 2 January 1986 and 1 January 2008 (both dates included), as on 1 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates and Other Backward Communities candidates get the usual age relaxation as per government norms.
• In no case will the maximum upper age limit exceed 50 years.
• Provisional hands already working at Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Limited get age relaxation up to a maximum of 5 years from the upper age limit, subject to conditions and proof of provisional service.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 35,700 to Rs. 75,600 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Limited service rules.

Selection Process

KPSC will prepare a ranked list of selected candidates for this post. The ranked list stays valid for a minimum of one year and up to three years, and the Commission will advise more candidates from the same list if additional vacancies come up during this period.

1. Confirmation for Test (if applicable): If a written, OMR, or online test is conducted as part of this selection, you must submit a confirmation through your OTR profile within the given window to receive your admission ticket.
2. Document Verification: You must upload original documents proving your qualification, age, and community details whenever the Commission asks for them.

Note: KPSC can cancel its recommendation for your appointment if it is later found to have been made by mistake. In that case, your service would be terminated within the probation period or 240 days from your joining date, whichever is earlier.
