Kabirdham District Court Execution Clerk, Evidence Writer and Order Writer Recruitment 2026 - 10 Posts
Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kabirdham has released a notification for 10 posts under advertisement number 2235 dated 22 July 2026, covering Execution Clerk, Evidence Writer and Order Writer positions. All 10 posts fall under the same Assistant Grade-3 cadre with identical qualifications and pay scale. This recruitment is subject to the final order of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022, and is a good opportunity for graduates with basic computer skills.

Who Can Apply?

Age Limit
- You should be between 18 and 30 years old as on 1 January 2026.
- Local/native residents of Chhattisgarh get a higher upper age limit of 35 years.
- Applicants from outside Chhattisgarh have a maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates get up to 5 years, women get 10 years, and widowed/divorced/deserted women get an extra 5 years.
- Including all relaxations, your age cannot go beyond 45 years.
- Other relaxations: Chhattisgarh government permanent/temporary/workcharge or contingency-paid employees get relief up to a maximum age of 43 years, retrenched government employees get up to 7 years, ex-servicemen get relief equal to their defense service period, and home guards get up to 8 years (max age 43). Inter-caste marriage couples and sports awardees (Vikram Puraskar and similar) can get an extra 5 years under separate government incentive schemes.
Salary
- Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 19,500 to Rs. 62,000 per month under Pay Matrix Level-4.
- You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Chhattisgarh government rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be done in 2 stages:
- Written Exam: 50 objective questions for 100 marks (2 marks each) in 1 hour, covering General Knowledge, Computer, Internet, Chhattisgarh-related topics and Current Affairs. This stage is only for screening — marks are not added to your final merit. Candidates are shortlisted at 15 times the vacancies per category for the skill test.
- Skill Test: You must type a roughly 250-word Hindi passage on a computer (Ubuntu Linux, Unicode font) within 10 minutes, worth 100 marks. A quarter mark is deducted for every mistake, including formatting errors. Your final merit is based only on skill test marks.
If two or more candidates score equal marks in the Skill Test, the older candidate (earlier date of birth) gets priority. If birth dates also match, the candidate with higher marks in the Written Exam is preferred; if that is also equal, the candidate with higher graduation marks gets priority.

- Affix a recent passport-size photo and a self-addressed envelope with a Rs. 5 postage stamp.

- Send your application by Speed Post to the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kabirdham, or drop it in the drop box at Room No. 50 of the court before 12 August 2026, 5:00 PM.
Applications sent by email or courier will not be accepted. If you are already working in a government or semi-government job, you must attach a No Objection Certificate from your employer.
